Among its strengths, Les Gourmets restaurant finds the Family that has put all its skills into the restaurant business since 1987. The dining room staff, including two of the three managers of the restaurant, is always ready to welcome the customer with cordiality and helpfulness. In the kitchen staff stands out the head chef, also the third partner of the restaurant: he has been in the kitchen since the beginning of this latest management of the place. Together with him, a close-knit staff thanks to a long-standing collaboration with the pizza chef. Located in the center of Aosta, the restaurant has a classic and sober environment. An element that makes it characteristic enhances the environment: a boat, which after years of service to a Ligurian fisherman, has become a fridge in which the fish of the day and some appetizers are now kept on display.
